Marketing Data AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Performance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex marketing data to inform strategic business decisions.This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule that allows you to work independently while collaborating closely with our CEO on special projects.The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in marketing, possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, and is proficient in tools like Excel, Looker Studio, Python, and Google Ads platforms.You will review past month's performance data for clients, extract actionable insights, and provide recommendations to account managers to drive growth.You will dive beyond surface-level metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize campaign performance.You will create and maintain data visualizations (such as Looker dashboards or Power BI reports) that make complex data instantly understandable for stakeholders.You will tackle attribution challenges, manage large datasets, and connect the dots to reveal new opportunities.Bonus points if you have experience working with large point-of-sale datasets, client services, M&A due diligence, or acquisition analysis.Our application process includes a discovery call, technical task & discussion, and final interview with our client.
