Description:About Motadata:Motadata is a renowned IT monitoring and management software company that has been transforming how businesses manage their ITOps since its inception.Our vision is to revolutionize the way organizations extract valuable insights from their IT networks.Bootstrapped since inception, Motadata has built up a formidable product suite comprising cutting-edge solutions, empowering enterprises to make informed decisions and optimize their IT infrastructure.As a market leader, we take pride in our ability to collect and analyze data from various sources, in any format, providing a unified view of IT monitoring data.We are customer-centric and continuously strive for excellence, enabling organizations to tackle complex IT challenges with ease.Follow us on LinkedIn and be part of an innovative team.Were looking for folks who want to join us in unlocking the true potential of IT togetherPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketer to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive significant growth for our B2B SaaS product.As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions, with a focus on maximizing ROI and acquiring high-quality leads.You will report directly to leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing best practices and a proven track record of success in managing marketing budgets and achieving aggressive growth targetsRoles & Responsibility:- Collaborate with the sales team and Partners to understand customer requirements and propose Strategy- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and revenue goals.- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.- Oversee all campaigns and report directly to leadership on performance, insights, and recommendations.Budget Management & ROI:- Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across channels and regions.Campaign Management & Optimization:- Oversee the execution of performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and localized platforms.- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.- Runs CRO Experiments & Landing page optimization- Ensure the seamless flow of leads from ads to landing pages, CRM, and the sales team.Tracking & Reporting:- Set up and maintain tracking pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters to accurately measure campaign performance.- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time performance monitoring and reporting.- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on campaign performance, trends, and recommendations (ref:iimjobs.com)
