**Job Description: Real Estate Executive**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Property Acquisition and Development:

- Identifying potential properties for acquisition or development.
- Conducting feasibility studies and financial analysis for potential projects.
- Negotiating purchase agreements and managing due diligence processes.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors for project planning and execution.

**Sales and Leasing**:

- Marketing and promoting properties to potential buyers or tenants.
- Conducting property showings and negotiating lease or sale agreements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, brokers, and industry professionals.
- Managing lease renewals, lease negotiations, and tenant relations.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Monitoring real estate market trends, demographics, and economic factors.
- Analyzing data to identify investment opportunities and market risks.
- Providing market intelligence and recommendations for investment strategies.
- Staying updated on industry regulations, zoning laws, and compliance requirements.

**Financial Analysis and Investment**:

- Evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and assessing risk and return potential.
- Preparing investment proposals, pro forma statements, and financial models.
- Collaborating with finance teams and investors to secure financing for projects.
- Monitoring financial performance of properties and implementing strategies to enhance profitability.

**Property Management and Operations**:

- Overseeing property management functions, including rent collection, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensuring properties comply with local regulations and safety standards.
- Developing and managing property budgets and forecasts.
- Implementing strategies to optimize property performance and increase occupancy rates.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and local authorities.
- Collaborating with legal, finance, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Representing the company in industry associations, networking events, and conferences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
