**Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive**
**Education**: Graduate preferred, 12th Pass can be considered.
**Experience**: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the real estate industry or property-related services.
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Utilize social media and other digital tools for marketing and lead generation.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Qualify prospects, identify their needs, and present suitable solutions.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Product Presentation & Demonstration**:
- Present and demonstrate the features, services, and benefits of the property portal to potential clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address client concerns promptly and provide product information as needed.
- **Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasts.
**Required Skills**:
- **Sales & Negotiation Skills**:
- Strong ability to engage prospects, identify needs, and close deals.
- Excellent negotiation skills, particularly in real estate transactions.
- **Communication**:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Good understanding of the property market, including features, services, benefits, and pricing models of property portals.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
- Experience in using CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and generate reports.
- **Tech-Savviness**:
- Familiarity with property portals, digital tools, and social media marketing for lead generation.
- **Time Management**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
