To achieve this, we need skilled professionals who can drive growth and innovation in their respective areas.About the RoleWe are looking for a Paid Social Ads Specialist to join our growth team.The ideal candidate will have excellent digital marketing skills and the ability to think creatively.The right candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and always go the extra mile to deliver.ResponsibilitiesManage Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels for performance marketing.Create, execute, and optimize campaigns end-to-end on various channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).Innovate and come up with new campaign ideas, sharing them with the team.Work with the design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for new user acquisition, conversion, relevance, and customer preferences.Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modify activities, and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations, and plans.The ideal candidate will have previous experience running Facebook ads extensively, managed marketing budgets to the tune of one crore rupees or more, and at least two years of experience in performance marketing.QualificationsPrevious experience running Facebook ads extensively.Managed marketing budgets to the tune of one crore rupees or more.At least two years of experience in performance marketing.Required Skills and QualificationsHigh ownership, taking complete responsibility for growth via respective channels.Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get-things-done.Creative outlook and an eye for detail.Super iterative, being able to do thousands of experiments.Excellent analytical skills.User empathy, knowing the pulse of the user.We offer a fast-paced growth environment where you can skip intermediate levels, total freedom and authority, and equal opportunity statement.
