Role Description
We are looking for a methodical Consumer Insights and Market Insights Manager to drive customer insights through ownership of qualitative and quantitative research. The individual will lead lead rural research through in-house team, external agencies, and comprehensive existing user databases to drive the direction of the company. The successful candidate will be able to analyse autonomously qualitative data, trends, strategies and competition aiming at increasing competitiveness. The individual will need proficiency in tools like SQL, R, Tableau, Graphpad used to design and conduct digital, user-centric studies using different modelling, data visualization, optimization and simulation methods.
Qualifications
- Market Analysis, Consumer Insighting, and Quantitative Research skills
- 3+ years of experience in market research companies or consumer insights roles in consumer focused company or consulting companies
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research across multiple channels
- Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail
- Effective Communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
- Willingness to travel 10+ days a month
- Background in rural market research will be preferred
