“We are urgently hiring skilled Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialists to join our Bhopal, MP office. Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be given priority.”


Location: Bhopal/ Meerut/ Dehradun/Shimla


Educational Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech or MCA in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics, or an equivalent discipline recognized by AICTE/UGC/Ministry of HRD.


Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in implementation, operations, and maintenance
  • Network Management Systems (NMS)
  • Element Management Systems (EMS)
  • Operational Support Systems (OSS)
  • Prior experience working in State-Level Network Operations Centers (NOCs) under telecommunication infrastructure projects is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and operations of NMS, EMS, and OSS platforms at the State NOC.
  • Ensure 24x7 network monitoring, fault detection, and performance management across the BharatNet infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with field teams and vendors for issue escalation, resolution, and service restoration within defined SLAs.
  • Analyze network performance metrics and generate periodic reports to support decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Support the integration and validation of network elements within the centralized monitoring systems.
  • Maintain documentation of network configurations, incidents, resolutions, and changes to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
