Key Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive in the Quick Commerce sector. You will manage key client relationships, drive operational efficiency, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating across teams to enhance customer experience and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build strong relationships with key accounts, act as the primary contact, and ensure high client satisfaction. Analyze performance for growth opportunities.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to drive tailored strategies and revenue growth.
· Work with operations, product, and support teams for smooth onboarding and product delivery.
· Stay updated on industry trends. Present account performance and metrics to management.
· Experience in E-Commerce Platform handled like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho
Key Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in key account management or sales, preferably in quick commerce or startups.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills. Experience with CRM tools.
