Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Marketing and Sales Interns to join our team for a

3-month internship program. The selected candidates will play a key role in reaching out to

colleges and universities to establish collaborations, organizing seminars, and promoting our

brand. This internship is ideal for individuals who have strong communication and convincing

skills and are eager to learn and grow in the field of marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

● College Outreach:

○ Research and identify potential colleges and universities for collaboration

opportunities.

○ Contact and communicate with educational institutions to propose partnerships

and collaborations.

○ Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders at colleges,

including deans, professors, and student coordinators.


● Collaboration Development:

○ Assist in negotiating and finalizing collaboration agreements with educational

institutions.

○ Support the planning and execution of co-branded events, seminars, and

workshops at partner colleges.

● Event Planning and Coordination:

○ Assist in organizing and conducting seminars, workshops, and promotional

events at partner institutions.

○ Coordinate logistics for events, including venue arrangements, marketing

materials, and speaker coordination.


● Brand Promotion:

○ Help in promoting the company’s brand through various channels, including

social media, email campaigns, and on-campus activities.

○ Distribute promotional materials and assist in creating content for marketing

campaigns.


● Follow-Up and Relationship Management:

○ Maintain regular follow-up with partner colleges to ensure continued collaboration

and explore new opportunities.

○ Collect feedback from institutions and event participants to help improve future

events and partnerships.


● Reporting:

○ Prepare and submit regular reports on outreach activities, event participation,

and collaboration progress to the Marketing and Sales Manager.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Education:

○ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,

Communications, or a related field.


● Communication Skills:

○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas

clearly and persuasively.

○ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with

diverse stakeholders.

● Convincing Skills:

○ Ability to confidently approach and persuade potential partners to collaborate and

participate in events.


● Teamwork:

○ Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and sales team and contribute

positively to group efforts.


● Organizational Skills:

○ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and events

simultaneously.


● Enthusiasm and Willingness to Learn:

○ A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges

and learn new skills.
