Job Title: HRBP Specialist
Department : Human Capital Management
Report to: Talent Management Lead
Purpose of Job:
The HRBP Specialist will serve as a strategic partner to various departments, focusing on key HR
functions such as employee redressal, performance management, employee engagement, reporting,
retention, and business efficiency. The role also requires ensuring compliance with organizational policies
and managing HR data systems to drive informed decision-making. You will be responsible for improving
employee experience and supporting business goals in a fast-paced environment.
Job
Responsibilities:
1. Performance Review - TAT:
o Manage the end-to-end process of probation reviews, Performance Improvement Plans
(PIP), and half-yearly & annual reviews.
o Monitor and maintain performance review timelines and ensure all reviews are conducted
on time.
o Utilize HRMS systems to track and manage employee performance data effectively.
2. Employee Redressal:
o Handle employee grievance redressal efficiently within the stipulated turnaround time
(TAT).
o Manage Zoho reports and disciplinary cases using the Disciplinary Tracker, ensuring
proper documentation and resolution.
o Provide timely communication with employees regarding grievance progress and
resolution.
3. Employee Experience:
o Oversee and track employee engagement activities such as Hub Connect and employee
engagement (EE) initiatives.
o Monitor the number of engagements conducted vs. planned activities, ensuring alignment
with business objectives.
o Utilize the EE Tracker to analyze and report on engagement metrics.
4. Report and Analytics:
o Perform data analysis and generate timely reports on key HR metrics, including employee
retention, engagement, and performance.
o Ensure dashboards and reports are published within set deadlines, providing actionable
insights to HR and leadership.
o Maintain HR tracking systems and ensure data accuracy for decision-making.
5. Retention Percentage:
o Analyze retention metrics and devise strategies to improve retention of potential talent.
o Work closely with managers and leadership to address turnover risks and monitor exit
data.
o Utilize Exit Reports to generate insights and action plans for talent retention.
6. Enhance Business Efficiency:
o Support business operations by driving initiatives to enhance productivity at various
branches.
o Utilize the Branch Health Card to monitor the operational efficiency of branches and
recommend improvement plans.
7. IQA Score:
o Ensure accurate measurement of department-level IQA (Internal Quality Audit) scores.
o Use the IQA Tracker to monitor and report on IQA performance, helping departments
improve their internal processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(MBA/PGDM preferred).
Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations,
performance management, and HR analytics.

Requirements:
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Zoho, and performance management tools.
Excellent data analysis, reporting, and dashboard management skills.
