Job Title: Lead- Talent Management

Location: Hyderabad


Seeking dynamic and motivated individual to join Talent Management CoE team. Ideal candidate should have 7+ Yrs. complete experience as Talent Management CoE with expertise in High-Potential Development, Competency Framework development, and internal Job Positing (IJP). Additionally, exposure in driving Succession Planning including high-potential identification & development frameworks and proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors as an HRMS tool with be highly advantageous.

Job Description

  • Design, develop, implement, rollout and governance of the Career Management Framework including driving various facets of the same and periodic revisions/enhancements as & when required
  • You will work with Business, HR Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Management Specialists to resolve BU(Business Unit) specific talent challenges and drive harmonization of people-related processes and frameworks to ensure uniformity in talent approach.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop relevant Talent interventions based on internal organizational insights & industry benchmarks
  • Design and implementation of processes related to Succession Planning, Hi- Potential Identification, Development Programs, Competency Management. You will be responsible for tracking succession readiness and the progress of actions through metrics and dashboards and analysing talent trends across the organization
  • Oversee talent review Process.
  • You will work to increase internal mobility including but not limited to cross-functional movements including planning, designing, and executing growth bridges, and designing/selecting the appropriate assessment methodologies
  • You will be responsible for managing role movements through expat/repeat assignments, short-term/stretch assignments, and on performance.
  • You will work on facilitating talent nudges and career conversations between managers and employees through a programmatic approach; create visibility for careers for employees by means of various career paths and drive adoption of the internal Talent Marketplace
  • Design, develop, implement and rollout of the Career Management Framework. Connect the career management strategy with the business strategy and HR Strategy.
  • Additionally, you will closely work with the HR COE team and external partners to deploy organization-wide talent/capability processes through suitable platforms

KNOWLDEGE & SKILLS:

  • 7+ years of experience working Talent Management
  • experience in designing and running Talent management processes like succession planning, Hi-Po development, and leadership development
  • Knowledge and experience in the areas of learning program design and development, Talent mobility/
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is expected. Knowledge of Analytical tools, and Power Apps would be an advantage.
