Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top internal talent across departments. Your goal will be to fill critical positions with internal candidates, promoting career growth and employee retention within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Must have worked on hiring Proposal Managers, Proposal & Content Writer's, Bid Analyst, Accounting Manager's Etc..
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand internal hiring needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
Source and identify top internal talent through various channels, including internal job postings, talent mapping, and proactive employee engagement.
Conduct interviews and assessments to match internal candidates with appropriate roles.
Manage and maintain a talent pipeline for future internal opportunities.
Promote internal mobility by working with department leaders to foster employee career growth.
Maintain detailed records of all internal recruitment processes, including feedback and decision-making data.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Provide regular updates to HR leadership on internal recruitment progress, metrics, and challenges.
Stay up-to-date with best practices in talent acquisition, especially concerning internal mobility and employee development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (4 - 5 years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, preferably with a focus on internal recruitment.
Min. of 1 year Experience in hiring Proposal Managers, Proposal & Content Writer's, Bid Analyst, Accounting Manager's is a must.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and team members.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR-related software.
A proactive approach to identifying and solving hiring challenges.
Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.
