Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and internal teams.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights. Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as Workday, BambooHR, or ADP. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the Middle East market.
