Business Development Manager

A successful Territory Executive will be responsible for driving sales, strengthening partnerships and executing field activities in a given territory. The role requires strong relationship-building skills with distributors, dealers and retailers to ensure product availability, visibility and timely replenishment.Key Responsibilities:Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory by implementing effective sales plans and promotional programs.Drive product-wise and retailer-wise performance through regular monitoring and analysis.Distributor & Retailer Engagement:Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers and retailers to identify business opportunities and improve market share.Support distributors in inventory planning, credit discipline and supplier management.Farmer Outreach & Market Development:Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, crop seminars and field days to create demand for key products.Engage with progressive farmers and farming community to build brand trust and loyalty.Field Activity Monitoring:Execute marketing and brand promotion activities as per company plans to increase visibility and awareness.Track competitor moves, market trends, pricing and new product activities to stay ahead in the market.Reporting & Coordination:Submit regular reports on sales performance, field activities and market updates to management.Coordinate with regional managers on demand planning, supply chain needs and business priorities.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. They should be results-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
