Position: Full-Time Wordpress DeveloperLocation: RemoteOVERVIEWWe’re looking for a skilled Wordpress Developer to join our team at The Business Toolkit as a full-time contractor.You will work closely with our consultants and report directly to the Web Director, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Your expertise in modern web languages and WordPress will be crucial in creating and maintaining robust, user-friendly, and engaging online experiences for our clients.Your day-to-day will include developing wordpress websites, integrating with third-party tools, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting. Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail are essential.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESWebsite Development and Management: You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining websites that are fast, scalable, maintainable and accessible. Leverage page builders like Bricks and Greenshift (Gutenberg) to create responsive layouts.Custom Development and Integrations: Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins, and seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and CRM systems to meet specific project requirements.Technical Optimization and Troubleshooting: Manage custom post types, optimize website performance, and ensure SEO best practices and accessibility standards are met.
