About Propacity:Propacity is one of India's fastest-growing PropTech platforms, transforming the way real estate businesses operate with cutting-edge technology and data-driven solutions.Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across social media and other digital channels to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.Manage campaign budgets and track performance against KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.Monitor analytics tools to assess and report on campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.Requirements:2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid social campaigns.Strong knowledge of platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM tagging, etc.Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and measurable outcomes.Strong communication and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
