Senior Team Lead Role:Assume overall responsibility for the entire course readiness lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate setup of courses and modules in line with launch schedules.Evaluate compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality benchmarks across all program launches to ensure seamless execution.Review and manage course configurations such as announcements, sections, and resources to maintain consistency and adherence to academic guidelines.Oversee end-of-course activities, including closure reports, survey tracking, and completion analysis to optimize learning outcomes.At least 5 years of experience in Learning Management System (LMS) operations, e-learning coordination, or program delivery, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.Thorough understanding of LMS platforms (preferably Canvas) and course management workflows.Effective project management skills – ability to plan, prioritize, and track deployment changes; knowledge of Airtable is an added advantage.Ability to negotiate timelines and support requirements effectively across multiple stakeholders.Proven ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global and cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.Process-driven with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
