Sr. Manager- Brand Partnerships and Licensing

Responsibilities:Understand client needs and develop plans to address themIdentify key decision makers within client and partner companies to cultivate profitable relationshipsLeverage existing networks and establish new connections to drive partnership opportunities forwardGenerate mock-ups, mood boards and pitch presentations that effectively communicate key trends and concepts to internal teams and external partners.Developing and pitching prospects, negotiating commercial termsCollaborate with the team and utilize in-depth insights to translate strategic directions into creative solutions and pitches that surpass client expectations and achieve high-caliber resultsLead product development across categories for Brand Collaborations and Licensing Partnerships.
Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing.- Proven experience (5+ years) in a creative leadership role, preferably within the licensing and consumer products industry.- Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.- A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.- Previous exposure to brand management or brand marketing initiatives.
