About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative candidate to join our team, specializing in Brand Collaborations, Licensing and Consumer Products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for brands and consumer trends, and the ability to drive excellence across various projects. This position will require prior success and experience in both sales and marketing (preferably with consumer brands) to create, develop, and maintain clients as we continue to expand our business.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and develop plans to address them
- Identify key decision makers within client and partner companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Leverage existing networks and establish new connections to drive partnership opportunities forward
- Generate mock-ups, mood boards and pitch presentations that effectively communicate key trends and concepts to internal teams and external partners.
- Developing and pitching prospects, negotiating commercial terms
- Collaborate with the team and utilize in-depth insights to translate strategic directions into creative solutions and pitches that surpass client expectations and achieve high-caliber results
- Lead product development across categories for Brand Collaborations and Licensing Partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a creative leadership role, preferably within the licensing and consumer products industry.
- Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
- Previous exposure to brand management or brand marketing initiatives.
