PMS & AIF Operations LeadLead end-to-end fund operations for PMS and AIF funds, ensuring accurate portfolio administration and investor servicing.Oversee daily NAV working, reconciliations, expense accruals, performance fees, and corporate actions to maintain fund compliance.Fund Operations & ReportingManage fund accounting, trade settlements, custodian coordination, and audit support to ensure accuracy and timeliness of investor reports.Handle daily investor onboarding, KYC/FATCA/AML checks, capital calls, distributions, and fee working to maintain accurate records.Regulatory & ComplianceEnsure adherence to regulatory guidelines and manage regulatory filings, CRA uploads, custodian submissions, and audit documentation to maintain compliance.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects and improve operational systems.Technology & TransformationLead initiatives to improve operational systems and automate workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.Work with vendors and internal teams to implement new reporting tools, dashboards, and workflow enhancements.Team & Stakeholder ManagementGuide and mentor operations team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement across investment, finance, compliance, and other departments to achieve project goals.
