Job OverviewA Data Analyst plays a crucial part in developing actionable insights by analysing and interpreting consumer data.The role involves applying both quantitative and qualitative research to uncover audience behaviours, identify content trends, and support strategic planning.This includes:Analysing audience data from various platforms to understand viewing patterns and preferences.Monitoring schedule changes, new launches, and other events that may impact viewership fluctuations.Conducting segmentation and behavioural analysis to gain insight into audience profiles and evolving media consumption habits.Synthesizing qualitative feedback with quantitative data to generate well-rounded insights.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, data science, or a related field, with 5-8 years of experience in consumer insights, audience research, or data analytics within the media, entertainment, or digital content sectors.Key qualifications include:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Media Studies, B. Tech, Business Analytics, or a related field.Proven track record of delivering insightful analyses and recommendations.Strong understanding of data visualisation tools and techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
