JOB DESCRIPTIONPerform operations and maintenance of the Chiller plants and other field worksSupport analysis and optimisation of DCS plant operations & maintenance, including troubleshooting of plant operations and maintenance issuesSupervise and implement all operations and maintenance processes including externally sourced contractorsMaintain all machinery to ensure it's at working standardsConduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problemsSupport the planning and management of all repair and installation activities, including contract managementAssign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimatesDocument and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logsOversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessaryImplement and monitor DCS plants' service and maintenance programmeSupport the execution of planned maintenance schedule and to ensure that work methods are implemented and comply with the establish standards and procedureAdminister Permit To Work systemSupport Preventive Maintenance programAnalyse and implement facility enhancement and improvement worksEnsure compliance with all the health and safety rules and regulationsImprove health, safety and environmental aspects of the company by taking all responsible steps to protect the health and safety of themselves, their colleagues and other members of the communitySuch other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor from time to timeJOB REQUIREMENTS• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant ITI holders with minimum 3 years of chiller plant operations & maintenance experience.• Experience in operations and maintenance of Chiller plants (Water-cooled and air-cooled chillers and associated high side systems at plant room level)• Keen interest in the District Heating and Cooling System (DHCS) business• Good understanding of the technical features Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and chiller plant system. Knowledge in District Cooling System (DCS) will be an added advantage• Practical experience in Energy Management System (EMS) and is conversant in local/remote control and monitoring system as well as in instrumentation• Working knowledge of facilities, machines and equipment• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Good awareness of Environment, Health and Safety with a strong safety mindset• Willing to perform shift duty (12-hour rotating shift) at various sites• Role to be based out of Bangalore, Karnataka#LI-SF1BUSINESS SEGMENTInfrastructurePLATFORMOperating Division
