Reporting to the Maintenance Scheduling Lead, this role will be based in Chevron's office in Bengaluru.Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, and work hours are aligned to business needs. Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday. These may evolve based on operational or business requirements.Key responsibilitiesThe Maintenance Scheduler is a team member of the Maintenance and Turnaround organization within the Chevron ENGINE Center and develops Maintenance Execution Schedules to Chevron's Shale and Tight assets (S&T). The Maintenance Scheduler will collaborate across multiple levels of the organization, and with multi-disciplined teams from Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Reliability disciplines. This position will develop detailed schedules to execute routine and technical project work. Responsibilities will include integrating Routine Maintenance planning activities with technical project planning activities.Activities consolidated by craft, area, equipment, availabilitySchedule is 'Resource-levelled', (resource work demands are balanced against resource availability) to produce a viable schedule for the periodAll potential Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) are identified and optimized.Working within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other digital systems supporting maintenance activities.
