Position: Maintenance Manager (AerospacePrecision Component Manufacturing)Organization: Cyient DLMLimited ;\/span>  Work Location: 27A, 2nd Phase, Industrial Area, Shivapura,Peenya, Bengaluru – 560058 Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive MaintenanceManager to oversee and optimize the maintenance operations within ouraerospace precision component manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate willhave extensive experience with CNC machine maintenance, calibration,troubleshooting, and operational systems. As a key member of the engineeringteam, you will ensure compliance with aerospace standards, implement Industry4.0 technologies, and contribute to the success of lean manufacturinginitiatives. Your leadership will be critical in improving production efficiency,reducing downtime, and maintaining high -quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Aerospace Documentation & Traceability:Ensure proper documentation and traceability of machine activities in accordance with aerospace industry regulations and standards.Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, calibrations, and performance metrics.Machine Calibration, Accuracy Checks, and Compliance:Manage and execute machine calibration procedures to ensure accuracy and precision of equipment used in aerospace component manufacturing.Conduct regular accuracy checks and ensure that all machines comply with aerospace quality and regulatory standards.Identify areas for improvement and recommend actions to optimize machine performance and compliance.CNC Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Oversee the maintenance and repair of CNC machines, ensuring smooth operation of critical manufacturing systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to CNC machines and automation systems.Lead efforts in identifying root causes of equipment failures and work with the team to implement effective corrective actions.PLC Programming & Control Systems Management:Implement and optimize PLC programming for machine control and automation processes.Oversee the maintenance and operation of control systems such as FANUC, Mitsubishi, Sinumerik, and others used in CNC machines and automation.Industry Implementation & Low -Cost Automation:Spearhead the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, data analytics, and smart sensors, to optimize machine performance and predictive maintenance.Identify and execute low -cost automation strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce production costs, and minimize manual intervention.Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement:Lead initiatives to implement Lean Manufacturing principles, such as SMED (Single -Minute Exchange of Die), to reduce machine downtime and improve changeover times.Manage system integration projects to ensure seamless connection of machines, software, and business processes.Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies in maintenance workflows and implementing corrective actions.Team Leadership & Collaboration:Manage a team of technicians and maintenance staff, ensuring that they are adequately trained, motivated, and aligned with the company's goals.Foster a collaborative and proactive maintenance culture, focusing on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Work closely with other departments (Production, Quality Control, Engineering) to ensure operational goals are met.Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech) / a Diploma inMechanical Engineering (DME) Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in equipment maintenance,Extensive experience in the aerospace precision component manufacturing industry or a similar high -precision manufacturing environment. ​How toApply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume to: ;\/a>
