Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance & Operations:

  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.).
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.

2. Facility Management:

  • Ensure the smooth functioning of building infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Monitor energy efficiency and suggest cost-effective solutions for energy conservation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility upkeep and outsourced maintenance activities.
  • Implement safety and compliance measures in line with regulatory requirements.

3. Civil & Structural Maintenance:

  • Oversee repair and maintenance of civil structures, plumbing, drainage, and roofing systems.
  • Supervise minor construction, renovation, and fit-out projects within the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, health, and safety regulations.

4. Team & Vendor Management:

  • Lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, assigning duties and evaluating performance.
  • Manage contracts, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs, inspections, and audits.

5. Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure adherence to electrical safety codes, fire protection standards, and facility regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and maintain emergency preparedness protocols.
  • Maintain records of inspections, permits, and compliance certifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in MEP maintenance, civil works, and facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety.
  • Experience in handling preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Ability to manage teams, coordinate with vendors, and oversee facility operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Certification in Facility Management, Electrical Safety, or MEP Services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy efficiency measures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
