Job Summary As part of Revenue Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our revenue plans while actively contributing to revenue growth. You will own key operational processes across program calendars, pricing, bundles, and collaterals, ensuring seamless alignment with internal teams and university partners. Beyond execution, you will also support the revenue team in identifying and optimizing growth opportunities by bringing operational insights into business decisions. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow into a future revenue management role by developing a deep understanding of business levers and operational drivers. Key Responsibilities Act as the operational bridge between product, sales, marketing, design, tech, and university partnerships teams to drive timely, error-free execution. Plan and manage the program calendar — including scheduling runs, pricing, discount rounds, and bundles — ensuring dates are optimized, aligned, and conflict-free. Ensure flawless execution of program details (dates, prices, offers) across collaterals such as brochures, landing pages, marketing assets, and payment setups on both school and Emeritus websites. Verify program listings on school websites, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Aid the revenue team in identifying and optimizing revenue growth opportunities by providing insights from operational processes and market alignment. Proactively flag risks, gaps, or misalignments in the revenue operations process and recommend fixes. Key Skills and Experience 2+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, program management, or similar roles. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with precision. High attention to detail and ownership mindset — able to spot gaps and resolve them proactively. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Analytical thinker with the ability to connect operational execution to business impact. Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn the business — with the aspiration to grow into a revenue leadership role.
