We believe in building a team of smart, motivated builders who are passionate about solving complex problems for our customers.The RoleWe’re looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Associate to support our growing SaaS team. In this role, you’ll help keep our go-to-market (GTM) operations running smoothly by maintaining CRM data, creating reports and dashboards, and assisting with process improvements.You’ll work closely with the sales, marketing, finance and customer success teams to ensure accurate information flows across the funnel and to identify small operational tweaks that drive measurable impact.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, learning new tools, and contributing to the growth of a fast-scaling company.What You’ll DoManage and maintain CRM systems HubSpot, including workflows, automations, data hygiene, and system integration.Generate regular reports and dashboards to track pipeline metrics, sales performance, and GTM activities.Assist in the design and execution of sales incentive plans.Assist in data analysis to identify trends, gaps, or anomalies in sales and marketing processes.Support CPQ tool operations (Dealhub preferred) and related processes.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth data flow and process adherence.Assist in documentation of processes, dashboards, and operational guides. What You’ll Bring1.5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role at a product-based SaaS company.Proven CRM management experience with either HubSpot and Salesforce, including workflow design and administration.Strong ability to create reports and dashboards (HubSpot/Salesforce/Google Sheets/Excel).High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including building dynamic dashboards and models.Familiarity with CPQ tools (Dealhub preferred).Experience in designing and developing sales incentive plans.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.What we offerOpportunity to make an impact on one of the most promising, high-growth SaaS startups in IndiaFlat-hierarchy, performance-driven cultureRapid growth and learning opportunitiesComprehensive medical insurance coverageA high-performing action-oriented teamCompetitive package, benefits and employee-friendly work culture Note: Due to a high volume of applications, only the shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the HR team.
