We believe in building a team of smart, motivated builders who are passionate about solving complex problems for our customers.The RoleWe’re looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Associate to support our growing SaaS team. In this role, you’ll help keep our go-to-market (GTM) operations running smoothly by maintaining CRM data, creating reports and dashboards, and assisting with process improvements.You’ll work closely with the sales, marketing, finance and customer success teams to ensure accurate information flows across the funnel and to identify small operational tweaks that drive measurable impact.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, learning new tools, and contributing to the growth of a fast-scaling company.What You’ll DoManage and maintain CRM systems HubSpot, including workflows, automations, data hygiene, and system integration.Generate regular reports and dashboards to track pipeline metrics, sales performance, and GTM activities.Assist in the design and execution of sales incentive plans.Assist in data analysis to identify trends, gaps, or anomalies in sales and marketing processes.Support CPQ tool operations (Dealhub preferred) and related processes.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth data flow and process adherence.Assist in documentation of processes, dashboards, and operational guides.
