Job TitleWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Support professional to provide high-level support for SCM modules.Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical supportProficiency in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle ReportsExperience handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loadingExpertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layersThe ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate real production ticket resolutions in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules. Relevant module experience is required in Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA).Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting and Resolution: Identify and resolve production issues across Oracle EBS layers.Data Management: Handle inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading.Module Expertise: Have a deep understanding of Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules, as well as relevant modules such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA).Requirements6 months contract basisReal production ticket resolutions in OM and INV modules during the interviewRelevant module experience in OM, INV, AR, AP, GL, and FA
