Job Title:Technical Support ProfessionalDetailed Description:Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support across multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.This is a remote contract role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layers, managing issue resolutions, and handling custom enhancements.Able to demonstrate 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules during the interview.Key Responsibilities:Providing technical support for Oracle EBS R12 systemsTroubleshooting and resolving production issuesManaging issue resolutions and handling custom enhancementsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issuesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical supportProficiency in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle ReportsExperience handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loadingExpertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issuesCapable of managing issue resolutions and handling custom enhancementsBenefits:This contract role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of the organization.Relevant Module Experience Required (Please Mention in Resume):Order Management (OM)Inventory (INV)Accounts Receivable (AR)Accounts Payable (AP)General Ledger (GL)Fixed Assets (FA)Contact Information:
