Data Support SpecialistWe're seeking a highly skilled Data Support Specialist to join our team. As an escalation point for data ingestion, pipeline, and consumption issues, you will ensure high system stability through proactive monitoring and root-cause analysis.Your key responsibilities will include:Escalating complex technical issues related to data ingestion, consumption, and pipelines.Monitoring data pipeline health to ensure stability and uptime.Performing root cause analysis on recurring issues to identify and document long-term fixes.Supporting data quality checks, identifying issues, and recommending corrective actions.Possessing strong SQL and Python skills for troubleshooting, knowledge of data pipeline concepts (ETL/ELT), and experience with cloud platforms like Azure, Databricks, PySpark, ADF, ADLS, Azure Workbooks, KQL, and Grafana.Key qualifications for this role include:Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical problems and prioritize multiple support requests.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both business and technical teams.We offer a dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
