The ideal candidate will take ownership of on-page SEO and content optimization initiatives, while also contributing to off-page efforts to enhance organic visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic.Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute on-page SEO strategies, focusing on keyword research, meta optimization, internal linking, content structuring, and improving page experience.- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO performance, readability, and keyword alignment.- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all published material follows SEO and content best practices.- Conduct content audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and improvements in existing web pages.- Implement off-page SEO strategies, including quality link-building, brand mentions, and outreach initiatives.- Track and analyze website performance, keyword trends, and content effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.- Coordinate with developers to address on-page technical issues such as site speed, indexing, and mobile optimization.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.- 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO and content optimization.- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and on-page SEO techniques.- Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work cross-functionally with content and development teams.Perks & Benefits- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Professional growth opportunities and ongoing skill development.- A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
