About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic SEO Executive with strong expertise in on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and modern AI-powered SEO practices. You don’t need to have managed massive enterprise websites, but you must have worked with structured SEO processes, improved keyword rankings, and contributed to measurable organic growth across multiple projects.Key Responsibilities- Execute On-Page SEO: keyword research, meta optimization, internal linking, content structuring, and page experience improvement.- Optimize Blogs & Landing Pages for ranking, readability, and search intent.- Collaborate Across Teams (content, design, development, marketing) to ensure SEO alignment in all published assets.- Conduct Content Audits to identify gaps, outdated pages, and growth opportunities.- Support Off-Page SEO: quality link-building, outreach, and boosting brand visibility.- Work on Technical SEO: indexing, page speed, crawl issues, mobile optimization, in coordination with developers.- Leverage AI Tools for keyword clustering, competitor analysis, content brief creation, and performance forecasting.- Use Generative AI responsibly to streamline content, create schema, and execute bulk optimization tasks.- Track & Report Performance using Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.- Stay Updated with algorithm changes, AI-driven search trends, and evolving SEO best practices.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.- 1–3 years of SEO experience across on-page, off-page, technical, and AI-assisted workflows.- Proven record of improved keyword rankings and organic traffic growth (small or mid-level projects acceptable).- Hands-on expertise with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.- Familiarity with AI SEO tools: Surfer, Frase, Neuron Writer, Chat GPT-based workflows, etc.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to coordinate effectively with content and development teams.Perks & Benefits- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives- AI-SEO training and upskilling opportunities- A collaborative, growth-driven work environment
