We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder with expertise in technology, digital innovation, and a deep appreciation of evolving consumer behaviors. This role is integral to co-creating and scaling the digital ecosystem of the company, driving its transformation into a trailblazing gourmet retail platform.


Key Responsibilities:


Digital Strategy & Platform Development:

Build and oversee a cutting-edge digital ecosystem integrating e-commerce, social commerce, live commerce, and personalized customer experiences. Develop strategies for seamless integration of physical and digital retail to create a cohesive customer journey.


Technology Leadership:

Leverage the latest digital technologies, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions to enhance customer engagement. Identify and implement tech innovations to drive efficiency and scalability.


Customer Experience & Community Building:

Foster a community of engaged food enthusiasts through curated content, experiences, and events. Champion customer-centric solutions that bring the farm-to-table concept to life.


Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:

Collaborate with global vendors, farms, and other stakeholders to build a sustainable and high-quality supply chain. Explore partnerships to introduce fractional ownership opportunities and unique gourmet experiences.


Leadership & Growth:

Work alongside the founding team to define long-term business goals, ensuring profitability and scalability. Drive innovation and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve the brand’s vision.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

10+ years in consulting and digital-first platforms, with a track record of building scalable, tech-driven businesses. Proven experience in e-commerce, consumer tech, or digital retail industries.


Education:

Background in engineering, business strategy, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.
