We're looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team and elevate the online presence of our co-founders. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases their thought leadership, industry expertise, and personal stories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the co-founders' personal brands and overall company goals.- Create engaging content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with the target audience across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).- Manage and maintain the co-founders' social media profiles, including posting, scheduling, and responding to comments and messages.- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, marketing, communications) to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.- Analyze social media performance metrics and report on key results.- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and communities to expand reach.***

**Role Specifics - Day in the Life**
- Plan social media calendars, develop a communications strategy & create thought-leadership content- Ensure regularity and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YT, Threads & LinkedIN- Create reports and boost social media posts. Proficiency with Instagram boosting, and Facebook Ads Manager is key- Pitch, negotiate and execute collaborations with other brands- Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals- Coordinate scheduling and logistics, coordinate conferences, press interviews and manage information- Create engaging content that will increase followers, engagement and reach of all channels***

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.- Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and their unique audiences.- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and audience-specific content.- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.- Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for storytelling.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.***

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Increase in followers and engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) across all social media platforms.- Growth in brand awareness and reach for the co-founders.- Positive sentiment analysis of social media mentions.- Successful execution of social media campaigns aligned with pre-defined goals (e.g., brand awareness, thought leadership, event promotion).
