Job DescriptionThe role of Implementation Manager involves overseeing the rollout of programs through partner organizations to drive learner outcomes. This includes managing all aspects of program implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) including learner engagement, course completions, and credentials issued.Main Responsibilities:Program Implementation & Management: Roll out programs across partner networks to meet set objectives.Partner Coordination: Liaise between our organization and partner entities, facilitating communication, resolving issues and providing necessary resources for effective delivery.Performance Monitoring: Track program performance against KPIs, identify gaps and implement strategies for improvement.Internal Management Processes: Coordinate with CSR sub-teams to ensure internal stakeholders are aligned and informed according to RACI matrices.Quality Assurance: Collaborate with content and credentialing teams to ensure high standards for content quality and credentialing criteria.Feedback Loop: Collect and synthesize feedback from partners and participants to inform continuous program improvement.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on program status, challenges and achievements to senior management and relevant stakeholders.Required Skills and QualificationsThis position requires a sound knowledge of instructional design, program development, analytics, learning technology and learning principles. A general understanding of the educational and workforce skills landscape is also essential, along with knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, Cyber, Data, Cloud, Software Development and key employability skills for entry-level employment in these fields.A strong professional with stakeholder management skills and experience working with educational establishments, non-profit enterprises, government agencies and training providers is required.Key RequirementsMinimum 8 years' experience in program management or consulting rolesExperience with digital learning platforms and digital credentialsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Strategic thinking and project management expertiseStrong work ethic with a competitive nature and desire to succeedIntense curiosity to learn and willingness to be coachedExperience in CSR or with an NPO/NGO, especially with a focus on workforce developmentAbility to adapt to different environments and cultures with excellent customer/partner relationship skills
