Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success or

Account Management with a focus on API security, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.

• Proven track record of managing and growing large customer accounts, with a strong

understanding of customer success metrics and best practices.

• Experience leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on customer success and

satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and

trust with customers and internal teams.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing

customer needs.

• Strong technical background, with an understanding of API security, cloud platforms, API

gateways, and related technologies.

• Familiarity with API security challenges, including OWASP Top 10, OWASP API Security

Top 10, WAF, and OAT best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a

related field.

Location: Bangalore (Work from office)
