Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Manager to drive and lead our outbound sales efforts in the US market. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and guiding them to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is an experienced outbound leader with a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage the Inside Sales Team: Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to the Inside Sales Representatives, ensuring the team is equipped to meet sales targets.
Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales leadership to create and implement campaign strategies that maximise revenue growth in the US market, focusing on pipeline development and outbound prospecting.
Forecasting and Reporting: Oversee accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and report regularly on performance metrics to the sales leadership team.
Market Penetration and Expansion: Identify and develop new opportunities within the US market, targeting key industries such as Facility Management Services and other target industries with a large contract workforce apt for Truein.
Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts and campaigns that support the sales funnel.
CRM Management: Ensure accurate data entry and process adherence within HubSpot CRM to track all sales activities, ensuring visibility and accountability.
Training and Development: Continually train the ISR team on Truein’s value proposition, product updates, and outbound sales techniques to ensure high performance and expertise in the market.
Requirements:
Experience: 6 years of experience in Inside Sales Management, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a strong focus on the US market.
Leadership: Proven track record in leading, managing, and mentoring a high-performing inside sales team.
Sales Acumen: Strong knowledge of outbound selling and experience in managing sales cycles with SMB, mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly to clients.
CRM Expertise: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar tools, with a strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and metrics consistently.
Cultural Fit: Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a focus on growth and market penetration.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
