Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented professional to own technology governance and risk management while supporting strategic program delivery.The ideal candidate has experience in regulated or enterprise IT environments, preferably banking strong documentation skills, and the ability to work across engineering, security, governance teams and collect data & inputs business teams.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and familiarity with relevant technology governance frameworks requiredKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain IT policies, standards, risk registers, audit readiness, controls testing, and compliance reporting across cybersecurity, cloud, data, and change managementSupport PMO activities including project tracking, RAID management, execution governance, and stakeholder reportingRequired Skills and Qualifications4–8 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Commerce / CRM / CE/ Supply Chain)Strong understanding of OOTB features and track record in build/configure using feature set, configurations, flow & functionalityExperience in working on CRM, Case management and Workflow automationExperience in Schema definition and integrating Dynamics with backend/3rd party services via REST / GraphQLKnowledge of Azure AD B2C / identity & access managementHands-on with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Exposure to Azure cloud architecture, Dev ops , pipelinesPast experience on using tools like Jira or similarBenefitsThis role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.OthersBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical expertiseEnterprise Architect + PMO functions
