About the Identity Governance Specialist roleWe are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management leader with extensive experience across multiple tools and platforms.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage an Identity Governance team, overseeing professionals who design, implement, and support identity solutions.Develop and implement identity strategies aligned with organizational security policies and business objectives.Provide leadership and mentorship in designing, implementing, and supporting identity solutions.Architect and deploy identity solutions using Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft IAM suite, Directory Services, and related technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, governance, and risk management in identity implementations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in identity processes, automation, and tooling.Qualifications & Experience:10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.Proven experience with major identity tools and platforms.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.Deep understanding of access governance, privileged access management, authentication, and identity lifecycle management.Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements impacting identity.
