Job DescriptionAs a seasoned engineer in the realm of identity management, this position presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and spearhead key initiatives.The role requires a strong background in SailPoint IdentityIQ, with hands-on experience in Beanshell development and configuration. Proficiency in Java and Web Services development is also essential.Successful candidates will have a proven track record of executing complex engineering efforts related to identity management, access management, and lifecycle management.A broad understanding of IAM cybersecurity landscape, including identity stores, authentication/authorization, and privileged access management capabilities, is crucial.Required Skills and QualificationsHands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration, workflows, code deployment, and development.Strong proficiency in Java and Web Services development.3+ years of experience in execution as it relates to engineering and operational efforts for identity management and lifecycle, access management, and access certification.Experience with Active Directory integrations.2+ years of experience writing code to consume APIs.Broad understanding of IAM cybersecurity landscape, including identity stores, authentication/authorization, and privileged access management capabilities.Solid experience with databases, application servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure.Experience with source code management.Proficient in DevOps and delivering in an Agile environment, working closely with product owners and customers.Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc., for automation.Advocate of CI/CD best practices and robust experience working with technologies such as Git, Jenkins, Drone, Terraform, Cloud Formation.Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud identity governance.Industry recognized cloud certifications.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge identity management solutions, collaborate with a talented team, and grow professionally.OthersThe ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a collaborative team player, and a passionate advocate for innovative solutions.
