Job Title: Senior Identity Governance SpecialistJob Type: Full-time PositionLocation: Remote or HyderabadJob Summary:This is a highly specialized role that involves designing and implementing identity governance solutions to ensure secure access control, compliance, and operational efficiency within an organization.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ and ISC/IdentityNow implementation, with a strong emphasis on identity governance architecture. They will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, design, implement, and manage IGA systems that align with business objectives and security goals.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Information Security, IT, Applications, and HR departments to provide functional process support, technical design, and solution engineering.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to inform IGA system design and implementation.Provide advisory services on appropriate IGA solution approaches and ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices.Assess and define business and technical roles to ensure seamless integration with the organization's IT ecosystem.Design and architect IGA solutions that meet business needs and security requirements.Oversee IGA implementation, testing, validation, optimization, and production deployment to ensure successful project outcomes.Requirements:10+ years of experience in SailPoint IIQ and ISC/IdentityNow implementation with a strong focus on identity governance architecture.Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different stakeholder groups.Strong problem-solving abilities, project management experience, and technical expertise in IAM/IGA.Compliance knowledge and ability to maintain accurate records.
