Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a senior support specialist role in our Business Central team. The ideal candidate will have functional and technical skills, as well as strong mentorship and training abilities.Mentor and train support specialists on best practices and systems knowledgeProvide high-level technical support for Business Central users, troubleshooting system issues and resolving complex problemsManage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfactionCollaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to deliver effective solutionsDocument support cases and resolutions, maintaining accurate records for future referenceSupport the implementation of system upgrades and patches, ensuring seamless transitionsAssist with user training and onboarding, helping new employees get up-to-speed quicklyAbout the Role:5+ years of experience working with Microsoft D365 Business Central, with a proven track record of delivering resultsProficiency in several ISV products, with the ability to learn and adapt quicklyStrong PowerBI and PowerAutomate skills, with experience designing and implementing data analytics solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholdersAbout Sikich:Sikich is a leading provider of technology-enabled professional services, delivering transformative digital strategies and solutions.
