Strategic Partnership LeadThe successful candidate will define and execute a comprehensive demand-side B2B partnership strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. This role is critical to driving revenue-oriented, cross-functional initiatives that span partner acquisition, enablement, performance tracking, and growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop a global demand-side B2B partnership strategy in line with company expansion plans.Identify, prioritize, and onboard high-value partners across education consultancies, universities, agents, and finance providers.Formulate business cases, financial models, and ROI projections for partnership verticals.Partner Acquisition & Onboarding:Lead partner sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding processes.Establish frameworks for partner engagement, incentives, and co-marketing campaigns.Relationship Management & Enablement:Serve as the primary contact for strategic partners, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.Provide partner training, enablement resources, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for effective student referral.Performance Tracking & Optimization:Define key performance indicators (KPIs)Monitor performance, provide insights, and refine partnership strategies to drive business value.Report to leadership on partner performance and return on investment (ROI).Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is desirable.7–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel management (B2B)Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.A proven track record of acquiring and scaling high-value B2B partnerships.An analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
