We are looking for a Field Sales Executive for our company.


2-4 years of experience.


Roles And Responsibilities:


1. Identify and secure new business opportunities while carrying out field sales

processes.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and explore opportunities.

3. Understanding the various problems faced by the business and advising tailor made

solutions to prospective clients.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective advisory

services.

5. Leverage insights to penetrate new market segments / industry.

6. Gain a deep understanding of company's product offerings and effectively position them

to potential clients.

7. Strengthen relationships with existing Clients and identify new clients in

unrepresented areas, ensuring a strong market presence.

8. Conduct competition mapping and analysis to understand market trends and adjust

strategies accordingly.

9. Establish and develop new customers for the company in a defined geographic market

or industry.

10. Generate new business for company by Identifying potential leads and leveraging

references from existing manufacturers and their Suppliers.


Specific Requirements:


1. Prior experience in Field Sales in FMCG/ Pharmaceutical/ Payment Solutions/ Ed-

tech industry.

2. Good understanding of a Dealer Distribution Network & their nuances

3. The Candidate has previously worked and executed B2B sales deals

4. The Candidate has a proven track record of executing Go to market strategies.


Basic Requirements:


1. Candidate must have a Graduate Degree, MBA is preferred

2. Work from office (Bangalore: Jayanagar) is compulsory.

3. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills

4. Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil or any south regional dialects is an added

advantage

5. Candidate must be an Immediate joiner
