Key Responsibilities:


Patient Interaction and Consultation:

  • Visit prospective patients at their homes to provide detailed information about IVF treatments.
  • Explain the process, benefits, and potential risks of IVF in a simple, understandable manner.
  • Offer a comprehensive overview of the best IVF centers, their offerings, and pricing options.
  • Address patient concerns and answer questions with empathy and professionalism.

Trust Building:

  • Establish rapport with patients and their families, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their decision-making process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding their specific needs and concerns.

Conversion and Appointment Setting:

  • Motivate patients to take the next step by booking appointments with the partnered IVF centers.
  • Coordinate with the clinic or center to schedule appointments based on patient convenience.

Education and Guidance:

  • Share educational resources, success stories, and insights to help patients understand their options.
  • Ensure patients have a realistic understanding of expectations from IVF treatments.

Sales and Reporting:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly appointment/conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, inquiries, and conversions.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to improve patient experiences.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields).
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of field sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in healthcare, IVF, or fertility services.
  • Communication Skills:Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language is essential.
  • Empathy: Ability to handle sensitive topics with compassion and discretion.
  • Persuasiveness: Strong influencing and negotiation skills to guide patients toward taking the next steps.
  • Self-Motivation: Comfortable working independently, managing schedules, and traveling within the city/region.
  • Trustworthiness: Reliable, approachable, and able to build long-term relationships with patients.
