**Job Title**: Field Marketing Executive

**Job Overview**:
The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and driving awareness of the hospital’s services in the local community. This includes interacting directly with potential patients, physicians, corporate clients, and other stakeholders, executing marketing campaigns, and representing the hospital at local events, health fairs, and outreach activities. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Community Engagement & Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, physicians, clinics, and community organizations to drive brand awareness and referrals.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors’ offices, clinics, corporate offices, and health centers to inform and engage them about the hospital’s services and offerings.
- Work closely with the hospital's clinical and operational teams to ensure accurate information is communicated.
- **Event Planning & Execution**:

- Plan and execute local community events, health camps, health screenings, and wellness seminars to promote hospital services.
- Represent the hospital at local events, trade shows, health fairs, and conferences.
- Organize and manage marketing materials, giveaways, and promotional items for events.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to understand patient needs, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**:

- Identify potential leads and refer them to the appropriate departments for follow-up, ensuring a smooth transition from outreach to conversion.
- Promote hospital services such as emergency care, specialty treatments, diagnostic services, and health check-up packages.
- Achieve set targets for lead generation and conversion, working closely with the sales or customer relationship team.
- **Campaign Support & Reporting**:

- Support the marketing department with the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns aimed at raising awareness and driving traffic.
- Maintain regular communication with the marketing team to share insights, updates, and campaign outcomes.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or healthcare marketing.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, services, and community outreach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and event management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to local areas as needed.
