Job Overview:Manage Equity products with an objective to achieve Product activation / penetration for suitable set of customers and deliver better product and journey experience to customers. This will include creating product visibility through digital campaigns and engaging with Relationship teams.Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and execute monthly work plan and for product penetration for suitable set of clients- Jointly work with the team to bring and create product visibility for the target customers- Continuously look for up-sell opportunities for existing customers.- Collaborating with various teams like Marketing, IT, Operations, Risk and other related stakeholders to leverage on business enablers and deliver better user experience.- Maintain awareness of best market practices and continuously work to enhance product experience for customers.- Create, maintain and track activity calendar to ensure timely execution of key activities- Ensure the success of the digital campaign by providing leadership, insights and support to the product managers.- Monitoring the performance of various digital channels like E-mail, Banners, Social media posts, SMS, notifications etc..- Finding out the various customer trends and user behavior through MarTech tools like Adobe. Use the insights and optimising the performance based on this data- Work with the team to reduce the dropped leads in the transaction funnel.
