Company DescriptionPunctuations is a fast-growing AI-focused technology company that specializes in chatbot development, AI vision, and content generation using large language models (LLMs).Our mission is to empower clients through intelligent automation and data-driven solutions.We are a team of engineers and innovators who thrive on solving complex problems and delivering measurable impact.Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Tech Lead who can drive end-to-end product development — from architecture and design to deployment and optimization.You'll lead a small, agile team building next-generation AI platforms using React, Python, and FastAPI, and integrate with cutting-edge LLM, computer vision, and automation systems.You'll play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, reviewing code, enforcing quality standards, and mentoring developers — while staying hands-on with the codebase.- Location: Vasai (Mumbai) - Mode: Full-time (Work from Office) - Experience Required: 5+ yearsKey Responsibilities- Lead full-stack engineering efforts across multiple AI products (chatbots, vision systems, content generation platforms). - Architect scalable systems using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and JavaScript (React/Node.js). - Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLMs, APIs, and ML models into production systems. - Drive DevOps practices – containerization, CI/CD, and cloud deployments on AWS/Azure. - Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices. - Work cross-functionally with product managers and designers to translate business goals into technical deliverables. - Maintain code quality and system performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. - Contribute to the technical roadmap, identifying opportunities for optimization or innovation.Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on coding background. - Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js. - Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask). - Proven experience in building REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures. - Solid understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar). - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows. - Strong understanding of system design and performance optimization.Good to Have- Familiarity with Java, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Cloud experience with AWS or Azure. - Exposure to DevOps pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools. - Experience working with AI/ML pipelines, LangChain, or vector databases (nice bonus). - Experience leading teams or mentoring developers.What We Offer- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products used by enterprises globally. - A flat, fast-moving environment that rewards ownership and innovation. - Exposure to LLMs, vision systems, and applied AI use cases in real-world settings. - Competitive salary, flexible work arrangements, and growth opportunities.If you're a motivated individual who is passionate about managing high-quality software and wants to work in a collaborative and innovative environment, we would love to hear from you.If you prefer to email your CV, please send it to careers@punctuations.ai.
