Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead based in Solapur, Pune. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, coordinating and managing team activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks, providing guidance and support to team members, and maintaining high standards of productivity and quality. Additionally, the Team Lead will collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and implement process improvements.
