Assist other recruiters in identifying resource needs, creating job descriptions, and candidate profiles. Execute strategies and meet demand and recruiting associates while utilizingflexible resources. Work to drive overall recruiting and on-boarding process integrity, quality, andbudget maintenance. General Responsibilities:Sourcing, Recruiting, and interviewing potential candidates for hire.Client Management / interaction with hiring managersAdministrative tasks to adhere to the required process, policies and compliance steps (OFCCP).Data Entry, Scheduling, Candidate travel, Onboarding, etc.Project Management – organize and help manage recruiting events.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreePreferred Qualifications: Master's Degree or MBA with 4+ years of experience as a full life cycle recruiterAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.No agencies please.
